A small room for fiction.
Tales is a simple blog-style site for publishing short stories, built so the writing can stay at the center.
The first version is intentionally compact: a homepage, story pages, an archive, categories, tags, and this about page. New stories live as Markdown files, which keeps the publishing workflow close to writing.
The design leans on strong typography, measured spacing, and a calm palette. It should feel inviting without becoming decorative enough to compete with the prose.
